Speaking as enhanced 4G coverage went live, Cllr. Quinn comments, “Sinn Féin has lobbied for enhanced mobile and broadband coverage for years.

“We are delighted to see better coverage for the wider Mullagbawn area go live.”

The local Councillor continues, “This will have a transformative impact on the local community.

“Good coverage is essential for workers and businesses, for community safety and socialising.

“Many parts of South Armagh have been let down by little or no coverage for too long.

“It’s great to see this being addressed.”

Sinn Féin Westminster candidate, Dáire Hughes says that enhanced mobile coverage is a key part in making South Armagh a more attractive place to live, work and invest in.

“The improvement of mobile coverage over parts of South Armagh is a very positive development.

“People here are immediately seeing the benefits of this in their work and private lives.

“Improvements are scheduled for other parts of South Armagh shortly, and we look forward to them being rolled out.

“Enhanced mobile coverage is a key part in making South Armagh a more attractive place to live, work and invest in,” he adds.
