Police investigate house break-in

Police are appealing for information following a burglary at residential premises in the Lough Road area of Newtownhamilton on the night of Tuesday, 24th April.

Sometime between 5pm on Tuesday 24th April and 9am on Wednesday 25th April the premises were entered and a number of items stolen, which included:-

  • 3 white bathroom suites, including 2 baths, 4 wash hand basins, 4 toilets, 2 shower doors and 2 shower trays;
  • A quantity of wall and floor tiles
  • A red Honda generator.

Police would ask anyone who noticed anything suspicious in the area at the time of this burglary or anyone who may be offered any of these items to contact them at Bessbrook on 0845 600 8000. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
