Newry MOT centre set for upgrades under DVA refresh programme
Newry MOT centre is set for an upgrade as part of the DVA’s refresh programme. The work, set to begin on the 14th of May, is designed to minimise waiting times at the centre and is expected to reach completion on the 17th of May.
The Driver and Vehicle Agency for Northern Ireland is urging customers to book their MOT tests as soon as possible after their reminder letter is received. Vehicles can be tested up to 28 days before the expiry of the current test certificate without affecting the expiry date for the following year.
The current schedule of closure is shown below and will be subject to ongoing review to minimize impact on service delivery.
