The Newry & Mourne Council are to host a breakfast event in Bellini’s Newry on Friday 9th March in aid of Cancer Research UK. The Big Breakfast event will run from 7:30am until 11am.

Cancer Research UK aims to save lives from cancer. The organisation does this through funding world-class research, providing information for patients, health professionals and the public, and influencing public policy to keep cancer at the top of the health agenda. The charity sponsors the work of scientists and researchers at Queen’s University Belfast’s Centre For Cancer Research & Cell Biology. Fund-raisers for the charity are hoping the Newry public can come along and give their support. For more information on the event you can contact Gervase McCartan on 028 3026 2744.
