What's On
St Colman’s College Chapel in Newry will tonight be the setting for ‘Calme des Nuits’, a choral recital of secular poetry from the last five centuries. The event, held  by The Victoria Consort, will  include beautiful music by Brahms, Elgar, Saint-Saëns, Vaughan Williams and Gabriel Jackson. The Victoria Consort is a Belfast-based chamber choir established in 2011, comprising some of the finest young singers from across Northern Ireland. The choir performs a wide range of choral music to a high standard in concerts across the country. There will be a retiring collection at the end of the concert and a donation will be made to the Southern Area Hospice.
