Police investigate theft in pet shop
Police in Kilkeel are appealing for information following a burglary at a pet shop in a Garden Centre on Newcastle Road. The incident occurred sometime between 5pm on Thursday 8th December and 8.45am on Friday 9th December. A total of 49 dog leads, two bags of 15kg Pedigree Chum dry dog food and an Econoline 60 Tropical Aquarium were taken.
Police are appealing to anyone who is offered items of this nature for sale in suspicious circumstances or has information in relation to this incident to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
