Newry-based business opens Belfast Showroom

Leading Northern Ireland retailer Kukoon.com has taken another step in its growth after opening a brand new custom built, spacious showroom on 60 Boucher Crescent, just off the Boucher road in Belfast.

The Newry-based firm (formerly The Rug House) has undergone a significant expansion in recent years and the modern hang and glide rails in the new showroom makes it super easy to browse between each design.

The showroom has been constructed in a way to ensure a spacious area is provided so each rug can be seen from every angle. In such a busy shopping area of Belfast Kukoon.com offers free parking directly outside the store.

A spokeperson for Kukoon.com told Newry Times, “As a company we pride ourselves on our online customer service and we aim to continue this with our new store, aided by our highly trained and enthusiastic staff.

“Our showroom showcases all of our latest in house, exclusively designed rugs along with other big brands such as Ted Baker and Louis de Poortere. The showroom also offers a dedicated kids selection and natural animal hides.

“We also have a Persian room solely dedicated to our luxurious hand knotted Perisan and Oriental Rugs. Our staff are experts on all specialised rugs and will be able to talk you through each specific design and the story behind each hand made oriental rug.”

Kukoon.com also stock a beautiful wide range of homeware and ornaments including bespoke pieces such as exquisite handmade Waterford mirrors.

The spokesperson added, “If you are having difficulty deciding on a rug and would like some help we offer in store private consultations with our experienced in-house designer Beverley. If you take a sample or a photo of your existing interior and colour scheme Beverley will be able to recommend products to suit your home based on existing and upcoming season trends.”
