Charity coffee event in Newry in memory of 18 year old Katherine Neill

Buttercrane Shopping Centre will hold a charity coffee event on Saturday 1st October in memory of 18 year old Katherine Neill from Banbridge who died recently after she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.

buttercrane-katherine-neillKatherine, a talented young woman and an A-Level scholar, lost her battle against Rhabdomyosarcoma last month.

Katherine was runner up in the Face of Buttercrane competition in 2015 and Buttercrane management had maintained contact with her.

Her family have set up a fundraising page to raise money for the Boom Foundation in her memory and the Buttercrane felt it was fitting to support this initiative. Buttercrane will be hosting a coffee event in the Costa on Mall café on Saturday 1st October 10-1pm.

Coffee is complimentary to anyone attending the event, with a donation invited for the charity that supports patients with Rhabdomyosarcoma in NI, the Boom Foundation.

From 2-5pm the Centre will also be hosting a live mannequin Fashion event for A/W16.
