As Chair of the Brain Injury Foundation I want to offer sympathy and support to the man who sustained a head injury on Saturday in Warrenpoint. In the Foundation W see at first hand the terrible life changing impacts of brain injuries sustained as the result of assaults. A brain injury is for life. Just wish those who beat anyone around the head could see the results of their violence. Personally I believe anyone who attacks someone around the head should face charges of attempted murder. Anyone who has sustained a brain injury as the result of an assault or indeed through any other event is very welcome to contact the Foundation by phoning 07740823713 at any time or to call at our weekly Open House very Friday night between 7.30 and 10.30pm. This invitation also applies to Carers and family members.
