Newry police launch investigation after Parochial House theft

Police in Newry are appealing for information following the theft of an Iphone from a parochial house on the Dublin Road.

Around 6pm on Tuesday, 21st January, a man, woman and two children called to the parochial house and came in to speak to a priest.

They left a short time later and a black Iphone was noticed missing. Police are keen to speak to the duo who called to the parochial house.

The man is described as being 5ft 11in tall, well built with blonde hair and in his mid 40s. He spoke with a Southern Irish accent.

The woman is described as being in her early to mid 40s, 5ft tall and average build with dyed blonde hair.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact police in Newry on 0845 600 8000.
