Newry Property Agents agree 5,000 Sq Ft office to Greenview Group

Local Property Agents Bradley NI have agreed a 5,000 Sq Ft office letting to Greenview Group on a ten-year term, in what is believed to be the largest office letting south of Belfast this year.

The stand-alone office building located at Carrickbrackan Business Park in Newry will host up to 30 staff delivering support for a variety of customers for Greenview’s growing portfolio of Heating and Maintenance contracts.

Speaking to Newry Times, Garrett O’Hare, Commercial Director at Bradley NI commented, “We are delighted to welcome Greenview Group to Carrickbrackan Business Park.

 

 

“Greenview’s investment in Newry at this time further emphasises Newry’s unique position as a prime commercial hub and strategic gateway for business trading between Belfast and Dublin,” he added.

Greenview Group is growing rapidly in the Heating, Electrical and Construction related markets across the UK and Ireland and services 17,000 properties on behalf of Northern Ireland House Executive as well as having won contracts with Oaklee Housing Association in the Republic of Ireland and clients in London.

 

 

Speaking on behalf of Greenview Group, Paul O’Hare commented, “In seeking an office to facilitate our expansion plans, we considered locations including London and Dublin.

“Newry gives us a primary central location to service all of Ireland and the UK.

He added, “While Brexit has been a significant factor in this decision, we have committed to being located in Newry and we will manage any impact as and when we are required to.”
