Money taken during burglary at local GAA club

Police in Crossmaglen are appealing for information following the report of a burglary at Silverbridge Gaelic Athletic Club at New Road in Silverbridge on Monday 30 September.

It is believed that entry was forced to the clubhouse sometime between 04.50am and 8am.

A sum of money taken.

 

 

Extensive damage was caused to the property as a result of the burglary.

Constable Jason McMullen has appealed to anyone with any information which could assist with police enquiries to contact officers at Crossmaglen station on 101 quoting reference number 251 30/09/19.

 

 

Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Crimestoppers is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
