Translink launches ‘Happy or Not’ devices for customer feedback

Translink customers can now provide immediate feedback on their journey experience using ‘Happy or Not’ devices installed across key stations and services on the public transport network in Northern Ireland.

Designed as a quick, easy and anonymous feedback channel for passengers to rate their experiences, the ‘Happy or Not’ terminals will provide important information to improve overall performance and demonstrate Translink’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Translink are the first public transport company in UK and Ireland to host Happy or Not devices onboard vehicles.
