Appeal for witnesses after ‘serious’ Bessbrook collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision on the Camlough Road in Bessbrook on Friday evening, 1st December.

The collision, involving a car and a pedestrian occurred at approximately 4.25pm.



It happened close to the junction with High Street.

The male pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries.



Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward and we would particularly like to speak to those people who stopped and assisted until the arrival of the emergency services.
