Autism Friendly Recognition for Newry Early Years Children and Family Centre

autism5Staff from Newry Early Years Family Centre and Newry Sure Start have received certificates from the Southern Trust Autism Diagnostic and Intervention Service for completing training in Autism Awareness, Visual Strategies and Behaviour Management. The certificates were presented by Moya McCartney and Aisling Magee, both Autism Intervention Therapists with the Autism Diagnostic and Intervention Service Fiona Jennings, Team Leader of the Autism Diagnostic and Intervention Service, said she is delighted that the Centre is now recognised as ‘Autism Friendly’.
