Jewellery taken in Ballyholland burglary

Detectives are appealing for witnesses following the report of a burglary at a house in the Ballyholland Park area of Newry. burglary8The burglary happened on the evening of Saturday 26th March. It was reported that sometime between 6.30pm and 8.30pm entry was gained to the house through a rear door and a number of items of jewellery stolen. Detective Inspector Henderson is appealing to anyone who witnessed the burglary or anyone with any information that will assist with the investigation to contact Detectives in Ardmore Police Station on 101.
