Man injured in Newry assault
Police are appealing for information following the report of an assault that occurred in the Kildare Street/ Upper Water Street area of Newry in the early hours of Sunday 3rd April.

It is reported that at approximately 2.50am there was an altercation between a group of people.
A 24 year old man received facial injuries as a result.
Speaking to Newry Times, Constable Behan said, “I would ask anyone who witnessed this incident to contact Ardmore Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.
