Praise for St Patrick’s Day Parade
Slieve Gullion Sinn Féin Councillor Mickey Larkin has praised the management team at Tí Chulainn for organising this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
“An incredible day was had in Mullaghbawn this year as the whole community came out to honour our Patron Saint and to support the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
“Starting at Mullaghbawn GFC the parade made its way through the village to Tí Chulainn where music, ‘craic’, face painting, bouncy castles, Irish Dancing and much more awaited the participants.
“This was a great day out for families with Tí Chulainn catering for the needs of all present. With Slieve Gullion as the backdrop to festivities I am confident that all present had a wonderful time.”
