Netwatch has opportunities for immediate permanent positions in their purpose built Communications Hub in Carnbane Industrial Estate in Newry, Co. Down. Netwatch 2Netwatch specialises in providing business continuity, risk management and security services to clients across the globe. The Communications Hub deploys the most advanced protection technologies to protect individuals, assets and premises across the world. Netwatch, which was established in 2003 employs 160 people at its global HQ in Carlow, Ireland, and has offices in Northern Ireland, the United States and the United Kingdom. Applications are now open for Intervention Specialist(Customer Service) positions. These are exciting, full time, permanent opportunities to join a successful, growing and leading Global Company. Intervention Specialists will operate Netwatch’s advanced protection technologies for remote CCTV online visual monitoring to support customer site security across the Globe. Full training will be given to successful candidates. Successful applicants will: • Act as a point of contact for Netwatch Customers throughout the world who are experiencing security breaches and issues • Use a variety of systems to carry out remote CCTV online visual monitoring and manage barrier controls • Handle alarm activations using Netwatch Alarm Handling Platforms and as per individual site protocols • Be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls including to Security Services and at all times demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service • Where incidents occur, create Incident Reports which include activation history, contacts made and actions taken. netwatch 1To be considered for this role, you must have: • Grade C in Math and English at GCSE Level and a Minimumof two Grade C’s or above at A Level / Leaving Certificate or equivalent • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or customer service role • A high level of IT literacy, especially MS Office and/ or bespoke Management Information Systems • Demonstrable experience of delivering a high level of customer service, building and maintaining strong working relationships • Excellent telephone and customer service skills and a proven track record of performing at a high level • Ability to adapt, learn quickly and work precisely and effectively under pressure in a high volume, high stakes and fast paced team environment • Ability to exercise good judgment in emergency conditions and act on own initiative. The working pattern opportunities available for successful candidates include: • Full-time permanent night-shift roles – 12 hour shifts 8pm-8am on a “4 nights on 4 nights off” basis. Due to the nature of its business, successful candidates are required to undergo a background vetting and criminal record check process.
