Call for information after Mayobridge theft

Local police are appealing for information following the report of a theft in the Benagh Road area of Mayobridge. psni21Some time between Sunday 23rd August and 9am on Monday, 24th August, a number of unknown persons made off with a grey, 7ft inflatable boat which had the word “waveline” on the side. Speaking of the incident, Constable Nigel Crone said, “I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, to contact Police at Warrenpoint on the non-emergency number 101. “Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
