Police call for information after Newry burglary

Police in Newry are appealing for information following a burglary in O’Hagan Street. burglarySometime between 5pm on Monday, 3rd August and 7am on Tuesday, 4th August, entry was gained to a house through a second floor window which had been secured with wood and nails. Two blue Kango hammers and an orange Hilty Breaker were taken. Speaking to Newry Times, Constable Catherine Maguire called for information. “We would like to hear from anyone who noticed any activity around the area during this time or anyone who has information which may assist our investigation. We can be contacted in Newry on 101, quoting ref: 139 040815.”
