Community, What's On
The Quays Shopping Centre in Newry is on hand to make sure your mum is feeling extra special this Mother Day, Sunday 30th March. With over 55 local and international stores to choose from, including Topshop, Miss Selfridge, River Island, Debenhams, H&M, Next and MEXX, among some of the Centre’s options, make sure your mum feels like one in a million, by making a trip to The Quays. As well as lots of shopping on offer there will be a host of family fun activities and competitions to help make the weekend extra enjoyable. All the young creative shoppers will have the chance to create something special for their mum’s with The Quays Kids Clubs. On Saturday 29th March from 1-4pm, kids will be able to try their hand at designing a beautiful unique card for their mum. After creating a card, kids will automatically enter into a competition to be in with a chance of winning a £25 gift card for their mum. There will also be the opportunity for shoppers to step into the ‘Fun By Belle’ photo booth and have fun free pictures to take home with you. Cathal Austin, Centre Manager at The Quays said, “We are looking forward to welcoming families down to The Quays over the weekend and help find that special gift for mums out there. As well as a great days shopping The Quays Kids Club will running from 1-4pm with kids having the chance of winning a £25.” All Mother’s Day events will take place on the Centre Mall in The Quays throughout the weekend.
