Witnesses sought after three car attacks

Police in Warrenpoint are appealing for information following three incidents of criminal damage.

Some time between 12 noon and 5pm on Saturday, 7th December, a silver Ford Mondeo, parked in a car park on Oldtown Road, Annalong was damaged.

The front windscreen and passenger door were damaged and the roof aerial broken.

In the second incident a beige Nissan Note was parked at Dinneywater Car Park, Head Road, Kilkeel on Saturday, 21st December. Some time between 5.45pm and 6.15pm a tyre on the vehicle was punctured and deep scores scratched into the bodywork the whole way around the car.

Police were patrolling Dinneywater Car Park on Sunday, 22nd December when they came across a silver Toyoya Hilux with a smashed windscreen and scored body work. It is believed this damage occurred between 3pm on Saturday, 21st December and 2.30pm on Sunday, 22nd December.
