Police probe South Armagh theft
Police in Newtownhamilton are appealing for information in relation to the theft of cattle from land on Carrickasticken Road, Forkhill.
On Wednesday 4th December it was discovered that six heifers and five bulls had been taken.
Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to the theft to contact them in Newtownhamilton on 0845 600 8000.
They are also reminding those who live in rural locations to remain vigilant and report any activity which looks out of place.
Members of the rural and agricultural community can also sign up to the Farmwatch scheme which allows police to share information with participants and share crime prevention advice and guidance.
