Three women arrested after Newry thefts

Police in Newry have arrested three women following shoplifting incidents in supermarket premises on Armagh Road.

Officers on patrol in the area were alerted to shoplifting by security staff on Monday afternoon, 11th November.

Three women aged 20, 22 and 30 years old, were arrested on suspicion of theft at the premises on 11th November and 21st October.

All three were later released on bail pending further enquiries.
