Police investigate ‘hate crime’ incident

Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage at a chapel on the Lurganconary Road area of Kilkeel which is believed to have taken place sometime between Friday 18th and Sunday 20th October. A statue was damaged in this incident which is being treated as a hate crime by police. Anyone with any information is asked to contact officers in Warrenpoint on 0845 600 8000.
