Police in Newtownhamilton are appealing for information following the theft of cattle from Drumnahunshin Road, Kingsmill. Some time between 9am on Monday, 6th October and 8am on Tuesday, 7th October nine cattle were taken from a field. They included three red Limousine bulls, one white Charlois, three black and white Holstein, one brown and white Mont Bellier and one red and white Holstein, all between three and eight years old and tagged. Police believe a lorry would have been required to transport these cattle and are appealing to anyone who noticed any vehicular or suspicious activity around the field to contact them on 0845 600 8000. If you prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
