Witnesses sought after burglary

Police in South Armagh are appealing for information following the report of a burglary at a house in the Belmont Crescent area of Mullaghbawn on Sunday 6th October.

It is believed that the house was broken into sometime between Friday 4th October and 2pm on Sunday 6th.

Extensive damage was caused to the property with windows being broken and possessions destroyed. Police would ask anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has any information to contact them in Newtownhamilton on 0845 600 8000.
