Detectives in Newry are appealing for information following a number of burglaries in the area between Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March.

Sometime on Saturday 9th March two houses in the Spelga Park and Mourne View areas of Newry were broken into, ransacked and had property taken.

On the evening of Sunday 10th police received reports of two houses in the St Bronagh’s Cottages and Pinewood areas of Rostrevor having also been broken into, ransacked and with property stolen. Detectives are investigating a link between the burglaries.
