Detectives in Ardmore are appealing for information following a report of arson in the Ballynahatten Road area of Kilkeel in the early hours of the morning on Sunday, 10th March. At approximately 2.10am police received reports that a caravan had been set on fire and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service were in attendance. The caravan was extensively damaged in the incident and detectives would ask anyone who may have noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the area to contact them at Ardmore on 0845 600 8000. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
