Community, What's On
Rowing Ireland is returning to Newry to make use of Newry Canal, one of the city’s biggest assets. The first in a series of trials and assessments used as part of Rowing Ireland’s selection process for its 2013 International rowing squads are taking place on Sunday 25th of November in Newry Canal. We would like to invite you to come along and enjoy the event. You will be able to watch the best rowers in action while trying to complete a 5000 metre time-trial on the Canal on Sunday 25th. The trial is open to Juniors, Under-23’s and Seniors and will start around 10 am. For further information contact the Tourist Information Centre Tel:  028 3031 3170 or Rowing Ireland
