Trailer stolen in Rostrevor robbery

Police in Warrenpoint are appealing for information following the report of a theft in the Levallyreagh Road area of Rostrevor on Saturday 12th May. It was reported that at sometime between 9.30am and 11.30am an aluminum trailer used for moving livestock was stolen from a property in the area. The trailer is described as having a painted blue roof, a green draw bar, a chequered aluminum floor with two wooden gates fitted inside. Anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area or who has any information about this incident is asked to contact police at Warrenpoint on 0845 600 8000. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
