Newry City ladies Football Club has linked up with the Score Pilot Project to run Sunday morning coaching schemes. The Club will hold weekly soccer skills sessions for girls between the ages of 8 to 14 at The Showgrounds, Greenbank Industrial Estate, Newry City. The sessions, which are run by qualified Club coaches, are open to girls aged 8-14 of all abilities and cost just £2.50 per session per child each week. Each session is aimed towards coaching good technique while helping children meet new friends and, most importantly, have lots of fun. Through Newry City Ladies, a number of Players were identified and recommended to the County excellence squads and eventually went onto the international arena. Their International players and senior team players are hoping to deliver coaching sessions and provide advice. The coaching sessions hope to start on Sunday the 16th June 2012 from 11.30-1.00pm. These dates and times could change depending on numbers attending and other unforeseen situations. For information call John on 07845811586 or James on 07525483889
