Youth Club this week on Friday night Primary, 7-8.30pm and Secondary, 8.30-10pm. Supervision rota for Primary: Roisin Rooney, Patricia Lavery, Orla McElroy, Denis Cotter, Adrian Haughian and Liam Barry. Primary supervision starts at 6.45pm. Secondary rota: Roisin Rooney, Raphael Haughian and Michael Haughian. The semi-finals and final of the Pool tournament will take place this Friday night: Tiarnan Fegan v Michael McStay and Dean Haughian v Conor McCartan. The final is best of 3 frames.

Good luck to Hugh Rodgers in the South Down Scor Sinsear final this Sunday in Saval. Hugh will take part in the Recitation event.

Well done to Longstone Youth quiz team of Conor Shields, Finn McElroy, Niamh Curran and Niamh Mooney who won their heat of Top Club 2012 Quiz which was held in Longstone hall on Tuesday last and now go on to the final which will take place in March in Newry. Good luck to them.

Ulster GAA will run a ‘Bring Back Kicking’ workshop in Mayobridge tomorrow night (Thursday) at 7.30pm. It is open to all coaches and will be delivered by Ulster GAA Football Development Manager Terence McWilliams.

Best of luck to St Columban’s in their Ulster U16 Vocational Schools semi-final against the holders St.Joseph’s, Coalisland tomorrow (Thursday) in Crossmaglen at 12pm. Longstone players on the panel are Daithi Young, Gareth McDowell, Conor Kelly, Michael McStay and Conor Rafferty.

Fancy Dress disco (Anything Goes- 60s to the 90s) in Longstone Hall on Saturday, February 25, with DJ McGiggs.
