Titanic Belfast has released the first images of what visitors can expect to see when the iconic new attraction opens in Titanic Quarter next April. State-of-the-art technology, previously unseen footage and an exhilarating shipyard ride are just some of features on offer. The images include the restored Harland & Wolff shipyard gates located in a gallery dedicated to an exploration of Boom-town Belfast of the 1900s.

Visitors will pass through the gates to join a ride that will take them on a tour of the shipyard as it was in 1911. Other pictures show some of the building’s interactive exhibitions such as a fly-through of the ship, recreations of Titanic’s sumptuous interiors and a glass floor which surveys Titanic’s wreck using never seen before images.

Conal Harvey, Deputy Chairman of Titanic Belfast Ltd, the building’s operators, said, “The spirit that built Titanic is reborn. The dreams and ambition, ingenuity and skill, passion and energy that created the world’s greatest liner are rekindled within Titanic Belfast. We promise to deliver an exceptional experience that entertains, enriches and inspires everyone who visits Titanic Belfast. We believe this landmark building and world class visitor attraction will secure Titanic’s legacy and fame for the City which built her. We want visitors to Titanic Belfast to be amazed by the scale of the Titanic and the ingenuity of the men who made her.”
